DrawingPrompts is a free online drawing prompt generator. We do not require accounts, subscriptions, or sign-ups to use the generator. Prompts are assembled in your browser from static data files; we do not store the prompts you generate on our servers.

If you email us at info@drawingprompts.online, we receive whatever you choose to include in your message (such as your email address, name, and message content). Our contact page displays an email address only; there is no on-site contact form that submits data to our servers.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, standard web server and analytics tools may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

When you click “Generate,” we may send a custom analytics event (prompt_generated) that includes non-personal context such as the selected category. This helps us improve prompt coverage; it does not include the text of your generated prompt or any artwork you create.

Google may process this data according to its own privacy policy. You can learn more or opt out of Google Analytics via Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or your browser’s privacy settings.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to deliver the site:

  • Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics — usage statistics (see Section 3)
  • Google Fonts — typography; your browser may request fonts from Google servers
  • Tailwind CSS CDN — styling delivery
  • Share links (X / Reddit) — if you choose to share a prompt, you are redirected to those platforms under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your social media credentials.

Each provider may collect data independently. We encourage you to review their privacy policies for details.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Google Analytics and other third-party services may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to recognize your browser, measure traffic, and remember preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some site functionality or analytics accuracy but should not prevent you from using the prompt generator.
