DrawingPrompts is a free online drawing prompt generator. The site provides random creative briefs assembled in your browser from static data. We do not require accounts or payment to use the core generator. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Your artwork: You retain all rights to artwork and other creative works you produce using our prompts. We do not claim ownership of your drawings, paintings, or other art you create.

6. Generated Prompts

Prompt text generated by the tool is provided for creative inspiration. You may use generated prompts for personal projects, practice, social sharing, and commercial artwork, unless otherwise restricted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that prompts are unique, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Random combinations may occasionally produce similar or repetitive results.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The site may link to third-party platforms (such as X or Reddit when you choose to share a prompt) or load resources from third-party CDNs and analytics providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, services, or content. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAWINGPROMPTS IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAWINGPROMPTS AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO PART OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DrawingPrompts and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the site, your artwork or content you share, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Future Paid Features

DrawingPrompts is currently free to use. We may introduce optional paid features or subscriptions in the future. If we do, we will update these Terms and our Pricing page with applicable payment terms, billing, refunds, and cancellation policies before those features go live.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law.
